Isochronic Tones

Isochronic tones are very effective in inducing entrainment.

Isochronic tones differ from binaural beats in that the entrainment  is simply a tone that turns on and off at a rate determined by the state that is to be induced.

Because of this you do not need to use headphones when listening, but you do need to listen in stereo.
