Mindfulness meditation is a favourite of mine because it is quite simple to carry out.
There is nothing to it but letting go and beng quiet. It isn't always as easy as it looks of course and that is
why we often need a bit of help. The meditation audios on this site can help you
because they send your brain into alpha rhythm which is the state we aim for in meditation.
Meditation can take a bit of practice to get the full benefit. If you simply do it for 15 to 20 minutes every
day you will become more relaxed. Your body will benefit by becoming healthier. Your blood pressure will go down
and your heart rate will normalize.
