Feeling Tired

Have had a bit of a bad couple of weeks and sleeping is always the first thing to go with me! Sometimes I don’t do what i know I should do for a good night’s sleep- things I wrote about in my my book “Go To Sleep Secrets”.

It is easy not to follow your own advice isn’t it? Same with weight loss, we all know what to do and what not to do but how many of us actually practice that?

So my sleep fell apart again and I had to use my Sleep Sound audio again. I must say it still works for me even though it is my own voice which is a little bit weird.

What I have been doing wrong is:

  • Drinking tea in the late evening.
  • Working on on my PC until very late and so exposing myself to bright light so that melatonin doesn’t kick in
  • Ditto so I am not getting enough time to sleep
  • Ditto so that I am not relaxed in the late evening.

So I have to make a new start and get some much needed sleep
