Brainwave entrainment can be helpful for sleep problems as well as for other problems. I have another web site that is dedicated to helping people with insomnia. I have also another blog attached to that insomnia site. But I am finding it very hard to maintain both of them. I don’t have the time or the enthusiasm for keeping two blog on the topic of brainwave entrainment and I think that I will be able to write more interesting stuff if I just have one blog.
So you may notice a lot of posts about sleep and wonder why they are here! I am not sure if they fit here either but I think I will just leave them for now. Very few people are going to notice them anyway since they are all from last year and earlier.
I also have a free sleep tips email series that is very popular. The tips are not the usual ‘how to sleep’ tips but include several that most people have never heard before.
