I possibly suffer from bipolar but as yet undiagnosed but of some form of depression never the less. I don't listen to my audio enough but when I do I really notice the change an my mood for the better. I honestly believe that this should be on prescription to be used long with those on medication of for those like me that have reacted badly to medication/don't trust it. This audio assists me to ward off an otherwise inevitable depressive mood and I think if I took the 45 minutes to listen to it a day may even control it. The name of particular note that comes to mind is that of Dr. Jeffrey Thompson, simply because his CDs were the most affordable to me for an introduction. How is anyone supposed to know enough between the two schools of thought just to keep from bouncing back and forth, having no clue as to whether progress is being made for their primary goal, or if they're just wasting time?
