Some people think that brainwave entrainment is not a scientfically valid phenomenon. This is not the case. There has been lots of research on this over the past 40 years, particularly since the 1970s. I can’t simply give references here as that would be pretty dull and I am sure most people would not read it. What I will do is find as much research information online as I can and link to it so that you can see for yourself that this is a serious science.
