If you have been here before you will see that I have completely brushed up this blog. I set it up a while ago but just didn’t have time to do any work on it. I have been busy making and testing the new brainwave entrainment audio downloads. I have set up a new site for those already and I wanted to make the blog look as if it was connected. So voila! I have lots of new brainwave entrainment audio downloads and I have spent a lot of time making them with background music and sounds that are really pleasant. The problem with brainwave entrainment audios is that you have to have a distinct beat or tone and this isn’t very musical! It can be very distracting and not at all conducive to easy listening.
But adding background music and sounds can drown out the entrainment, so it has to be very carefully done. The software we use to do this allows us to turn the music itself into an entrainment without distorting the sound. The audios all have this feature. They also have the tone or beat in them, which you can hear, but it isn’t intrusive. Getting this right takes a lot of time and skill. You can listen to the previews and see what you think.
Some folk do prefer just the pure entrainment and so for one of the new audios, ADHD Reduction, (opens in new page) I have included two downloads. The pure white noise entrainment track and a second in which there is background music and so the sound is easier to listen to. I am hoping that I will get some feedback on this because I could do this for all of them if it is popular.
But really there is no need to just listen to the base track because the pleasant sounding one is just as effective. Perhaps even more effective if it means you listen more often.
