Trouble Sleeping?

Are you having trouble sleeping? Are you troubled by a lack of sleep? Insomnia can strike at any age and it can really mess up your life.

I have suffered from insomnia off and on for years. I have had to give up eating or drinking anything that contains caffeine from about midday onward. It didn’t used to be so bad when I was younger but it seems that as you grow longer in the tooth your sensitivity to caffeine increases. :-(

So if you can’t sleep just try giving up all caffeine from 12 midday onwards and see what happens. You may have thought you were fine with coffee in the evening just because you have always had it, but maybe you have become more sensitive to it over the years.

I find that nowadays it is very easy to find decaffeinated coffee and tea and even colas and these taste just as good as the real thing.

If you need something stronger to get you to sleep have a look at my Sleep Sound Insomnia CD. This is a CD which will take your brainwaves into sleep mode. Using brainwave entrainment with harmonic box X it takes you from beta to alpha and theta and then to delta over a 60 minute period. It really works!
